该系统是根据我们的容器系统的蒸汽高压灭菌器中使用的灭菌要求而开发的。 自动锁是一种设计用于可重复使用的系统，而不是用作容器中的安全锁的一次性塑料产品。 该系统已在我们自己的设施中进行了 5000 次循环测试，并成功通过了所有测试。 系统的最短预期寿命为 5000 次灭菌。 在此期间，系统无需任何维护或服务即可使用。
BASKETS
The baskets are the main supplementary components of container systems and they are necessary for a full set container. AYGüN has focused on 3 main model in basket production. Two of these models are wire basket and perforated sheet basket. The third model is a combination of these two models with perforated metal plates on sides and with wire mesh on bottom. AYGüN has the model and sizes of baskets in its standard production appealing to all container model and sizes. Also, it ensures basket production in demanded sizes besides standard production.
The standard diameter of the wire used in basket production is 1 mm and mesh distance is 4 mm. But this distance can also be arranged according to the special demands. Besides, AYGüN manufactures fine mesh baskets for small instruments, laundry baskets and endoscopic baskets. These baskets can also be produced in demanded sizes and mesh distances.

MODULAR AUTO LOCK MECHANISM
What Is Auto Lock Mechanism
Auto lock mechanism is a heat-sensitive automatic locking system developed in order to ease sterilization control by R&D department. Modular auto lock system designed to be usable with different container systems.
This system has been developed in accordance with the requirements of sterilization to be used in a steam autoclave for our container systems. Auto lock is a system designed in reusable property instead of disposable plastic products that are used as security locks in containers. The system has been tested in our own facilities 5000 cycles and has successfully passed al tests. Minimum expected life of the system is 5000 sterilizations. During this time system is usable without the need for any maintenance or service.
